Tell what hey, how about you bring along your rehabilitation exercise program that your Physiotherapist/Biokineticist set up for you according to the nature of your injury and I'll do my magic & make it worth your time and energy on a personally meaningful level!

I'll serve as an external, emotional and mental motivation factor to the client.

Advance Mobility Flow primarily focuses on everything and anything that affects your HIP & SHOULDER MOBILITY. Such as weak ankles, knees, tight hamstrings, stiff lats and muscle imbalances on the shoulders. We focus closely on fixing and restoring strength in the muscles. Uncomfortable stretching and foam rolling with immense pressure application on the most tensed muscles in order to improve your flexibility and smooth joint movement.
